LIT ETF up strongly into the 60s last night. No surprise after Ganfeng was up 10% on Xmas day and the Lithium majors performing strongly. ALB hit a new ATH last night, before dropping back a few % to finish near their previous close.

I note Ganfeng is down nearly 10% today, so the LIT ETF may well follow tonight. ALB and Ganfeng are 2 of their top 3 holdings.

The price of Lithium raw materials is what will drive our share price ... and its up!


I had to moderate my post the other day as I had some numbers wrong. I was just having fun with upramping, given the prevailing festive and positive mood:

PLS at Stage 2 expect to produce 750 to 800ktpa of SC6. Stage 3 is expecting upwards of 1.25mtpa. Add to that the Altura 220ktpa and much more from Stage 2 there.

Mt Francisco could double all that again. Although nothing has been proven there.

We could be producing at 2mtpa and maybe much more. Not to mention downstream participation.

Even at current Spod prices, we could have sales of 2mtpa clearing (435-320) US$230pa or over A$300m pa. A P/E of 20 gives us a MC of A$6b or $2.00ps.

Upramping for sure. Go the whole hog and 5X the profit and double the output and then add a 50% markup for downstream profits ... well then, that's upramping!

Even at 536ktpa @USD115 gives USD61.64m pa or over A$82m. Although, I expect after improvement works are carried out this output will increase to 575ktpa+.

Share prices fluctuate and there's always a moment in the bullrush where prices get ridiculous. The Tesla share price is based on future earnings, not current.
