I believe the report from GS is more to do with creating insecurities in the lithium market to damage it. I’m sure a nice back hander from big oil is stashed away in there. It’s no different to the previous ramblings of the COALition government trying to ridicule EVs and renewable energy. They’re were funded by fossil fuel. Big oil / coal are just the opposition and you’d ve naive to think they’re not meddling in this.
