Regarding TO, imho I agree that there is enough free off take . This is not an issue for an OEM thinking longterm. 12--15 B? Given the fundamentals of the business, this is hardly an issue, 1B in the bank and rising, forward certain revenue. Elon just spent 40+B on twitter.
What is the issue, is that I cant see a bid of 4-5 dollars being taken seriously. I would not sell at that price given that that is its basic value right now. And while there may be some who would for a quick profit, neither would a large percentage of holders who see the true longterm potential of this company. So I think any potential suitors probably realise that as well, and know a successful TO will require a lot more.
