Hi there, new to shares so please help!
Just looking at the figures, doesn't seem to add up for me?
Max capacity - 330,000 DMT p/a
Current Costs to manufacture US$350 DMT
Current Price of Spodumene to sell US$500 DMT
Net Profit US$150 DMT.
So if they were to ship out their maximum capacity, they could make US$49.5M ($150 x $330k) per year. or say A$71M per year.
They say it has a 40 year lifespan. So that means the expected cash flow is A$2.84BN
The company is currently worth A$3BN(@97c) without making any profits.
Am I missing anything?? Numbers just don't stack up. a $3BN company making $71M per year gives a return of 2.4% - thats when its in full production.
Seems way overpriced?
