It depends if the price received is material to the company... 50 Million revenue for a company like BHP $200B+ market cap... No... to PLS..Yes IMO.
There has not been an auction, on another thread a poster received an email reply re BMX from PLS, they stated there will be on by the end of the current month. Few weeks to go!
