    Following are some back of the envelope calculations, so
    feel free and correct or modify as you wish.

    I've tried to determine in very broad terms what would the
    average price of product sold have to be in order for the company
    to make a net profit. That is really our holy grail objective.

    I kept the sales for the quarter the same at 114,000 dmt shipped.
    I eliminated $2 million in acquisition cost last quarter and $5.9 million
    in charges for the redemption of the Nordic Bonds.

    That reduced last quarters loss to $10.3 million, which I divided by
    the 114,000 tons shipped last quarter. So we need the price of our
    product to increase on average by $115/per dmt for us to break even.

    Since the price of the product sold last quarter did not reflect the
    substantial increase in the market price at the end of last year and
    beginning of this year, we should be profitable this quarter, all other
    things being equal.
