Another upside potential could be an update of the sterilised Ore Reserves at the tenement boundary. Could be a big surprise.
I agree any return more than 8% annualized should be celebrated. I think a $2 sp in 2023, which is below the lowest of my expectation, would probably beat more than 90% of the companies on ASX.
