“Hi, what does it mean by "limit up to 13% max"?”
That means that, for that exchange and that particular contract, the price change per day is limited to 13% when it’s going up. So, for example, trading would be limited if the price went up intraday from, say, $100 to $113, specifically by disallowing any trades from occurring above the limit up price.
