Just over a year ago, I sent this e-mail to the ASIC:
'A cornerstone of fair and orderly markets is that they reflect the forces of genuine supply and demand. THIS CONCEPT IS FUNDAMENTAL. ASX seeks to ensure that its markets are fair and orderely and free of manipulative trading.’Unfortunately this is not the case, and as retail shareholders we are constantly being pulverised by the manipulators and left at their mercy.I would certainly like to see the ASIC practice what it preaches.
