I think it does help a fair bit As it specifically states "reporting agencies" which excludes other price finding mechanisms as.bmx. that means bmx can only.indirectly influence the price of the other shipments if it influences the reporting agencies to change their prices.
i was.hoping for bmx to have a direct impact on the calculation.....
