It's disappointing that PLS accepted a pre-auction price. It certainly seems that we could have secured more had the auction taken place.
Furthermore, this amount of money is almost irrelevant to PLS anyway, the more key outcome is actual price transparency (which granted won't be achieved through a single auction, but would be achieved over time, particularly as more non-China entrants join the downstream ecosystem).
