I drive a troopy kitted out to be a camper and part of that is 100amp hr redarc lithium battery with a solar blanket.
that is about close as I get to having a electric vehicle.
I don't think I'd be game to go bush with one.
maybe when you run out of charge in the Simpson desert you could set up an electric blanket and wait for the batteries to re-charge, but it might a long wait before the batteries are fully charged. You might run out of water and die.
