See I'm the opposite, I'm banging for the BYD PHEV Ute to arrive. They will play a huge part in 4wding.
For instance my current setup. Couple of 100ah lithium batteries. DC charger as lithium charge voltage is higher, inverter, solar panels and blankets and Anderson outlets, regulators etc it is a minefield. One could easily spend 5k on a battery setup.
However instead off 300ah battery, the ute will have 30kw of power all neatly hidden away. No need to muck around with solar panels/charging etc
And with the V2L you can even run your aircon off grid.
Just need to get that tow rating up and phev 4x4 will be a game changer in the industry.
