I use the gold miners method of valuation ie all in sustainable capital costs as opposed to cap ex for expansion
All in sustainable cap ex would cover "maintenance"
I think admin comes under operating costs CIF doesn't it?
But any case, you are not paying for profits at this stage in the game, but rather that pile of cash ($1.6bn) that gives PLS the capacity to develop it's mines with infrastructure, do exploration etc where most don't have that option eg MIN
