What is vindictive?
Extracting carbon neutral Li from thermal brine in Europe, Asia, and the U.S is a threat to OZ spod.

Do you really believe that no discussions had taken place with PLS or PLS advisers Maquarie bank and noteholders before recievership?
2 days later PLS comes in with a deal to "acquire" ALO with partners with a DOCA agreement hindering any other offers.
It's in the hands of the ACCC now.
It's up to them to see whether this is anticompetitive behaviour or not.
If standing up for my rights and sharing my thoughts on the Li market is being "a vindictive old bastard" so be it.
