there is a very small chance if first depends on accountability and which assets they sell and costs involved in paying off everyone and covering outstanding bills naturally the share holders are not taken into consideration in the whole scheme of things! but i believe that against such management group lawsuits can be filed under mismanagement of assets?! if that is indeed the case?!this is my second mid-long term investment to go belly up this year so after almost 30 year as private investor early retirement has been put on back burner!! but as hey say no risk no pain! lol
