I managed to find the email address for the ASX representative that signed the suspension announcement, so I too have contacted the ASX (by email) to which they have responded that they would get back to me within 15 business days.
Given SKN won't be able to disclose exactly what's going on I think it's better we go by the ASX.
It to me though, seems strange that SKN would misinform us as to what's happening. Our money is tied up either way. Regardless of shit having hit the fan, or being on the road to recovery.
Perhaps they have been issued a new set of questions that they're yet to respond to.
We have no way of knowing until there are official announcements released.
Again, this is all just more "he said, she said"
