He said they have FDA and TGA in train and as stated previously all going to plan and when we re-open look out for the pile of announcements..they were his words How about you start bringing something to the table here....I only have 1/10 of portfolio here although quite sizeable and I find the time to pick up the phone and do the best I can in providing updates while people like you put there hands up like dicky knee expecting a well documented journal of dates and time....by the way did you see that 7.30 abc report on Zoono's cosmetic only HS product....pretty damaging and no wonder there has been so much recent shorting from the highs.....back to criniti's tonight for a traditional cotoletta with veg followed in with a drop of vintage red from the Margaret river.... True to my word spoke with the company and I must say very professional in their response....and as always quite accessible....now my take as follows- 1. Asked about the holdup - SKN responded they are waiting on the ASX and the re-open could drop at anytime but yes is with the ASX...SKN indicated very satisfied with response 2. Asked about confidence level and how employees are feeling about suspension - SKN response is the employees are feeling quite excited and sales going well for products online and thru distribition outlet. Mgmt very confident they will get the right result here and are looking forward to re-opening 3. Asked about the SE formula TM again...as previously indicated in their 29/05 announcemnt they are looking for TGA approvals...they have solid grounding with the regulators like TGA, FDA and MSL through there other approvals....they are looking for this new NATURAL product to be a differientor in market as alcohol HS overcrowded and dangerous. 4. Asked about market demand in HS and if waning...they believe alcohol market is crowded but that people's habits changing towards a more safer HS product...hence the new launch into the NATURAL market but TGA approved...they said this will do well in a normalised HS market 5. Asked about the Absolut pty ltd IP ownership....SKN indicated as responded they have been working with their small R&D partner for quite a while and they have shares in our company....they have the right partner over long period of time to come up with 'winning natural formulations'. Now before the little boy swarms around here with his little hand up please Note this call was made at 11.00 today and spoke with a craig....now with that said take it with a grain of salt of you like....in my line of work have always speak with senior people and some BS til the cows come home but this bloke was pretty genuine.....after these answers I've upgraded those jockstraps to a 'harness' as I'm dragging them around these days...hahahaha

With all due respect, this product will not be TGA approved despite what management is trying to tell you. No Natural product will be TGA approved but it doesn't mean without a TGA approval, a product will not be able to generate good profits. Take a look at natural companies like Blackmores and Swisse. They are classified as natural health and wellbeing companies but their products are not TGA approved. And yet, they generate huge amount of profits. I don't think there is a need to dwell on whether this product should be TGA approved or not. There are various products that do well even if they are not TGA approved. The question that the holders of this company should be asking management is whether or not they have sufficient cash flow and funds to continue on an ongoing basis. Hope I make sense based on my limited investing knowledge. I suspect this is the very reason why this company is still suspended as ASX is not satisfied with their funding options/abilities to continue operations.
