Hi all,
spoke to Ben Tippett Adviser, Listings (Perth) ASX,
who was "surprised' to be rung by a shareholder, and would not speak to a holder in the normal course of his employment as it is not in his scope of duties.
He wanted to pass me on to the "official complaints dept" to what end? as I said I am talking to you now! He took that very politely and said it was no secret the ASX was all over FAS.
We discussed the media release regarding "ongoing discussion with parties" dated the 14 oct 15 and in particular why the disclaimer that the negotiations are not at a stage that require disclosure. We spent some time on the definition of arbitrary and was left with a strong feeling that the ASX is working very hard with FAS.
Regarding my discussion with the auditor, administrator and now the ASX, I get the feeling that they are doing everything they possibly can on many levels, to keep FairStar alive, however the question remains, how strong are these so called negotiations that are not at a stage that require disclosure.
