Hey All,

Thought I'd give the company a call to seek clarification in regards to yesterday's announcement as some of you are suggesting another C/R.

So I spoke to Bill who was more than happy to answer my questions...

In regards to the announcement made about shares to be issued. Bill told me this was in regards to C/R made back in March and 15% rights can be issued and that is just a last option for the company if they need to do another C/R. But Bill said the company has no intention to do another C/R as the company is cashed up and is hoping to build strong revenue stream when SBL moves into commercial production. So I hope that clears any question marks some of you had about another C/R.

Production- We briefly spoke and I asked Bill about cash costs and without going into to much detail, Bill said we are still in ramp up faze but costs are still within line. More details will be in the Q report due out very soon. He did say he or the company is not going to announce to the market all time unless its something very significant or an important milestone as he does not want to give the market the impression of ramping.He wants good results to speak for themselves.
