you are terrific! Thanks for such an informative post and for going to the trouble of contacting BNB. The info you have posted really does give us a picture that: (i) the notes ARE of value to BNB and the banks; (ii) that WE DO have some power and leverage in this game; and (iii) that WE can ensure we don't get screwed.

I don't think we should be getting too excited about what BNB may offer us for our notes. I think we still need to be prepared to be offered crap for our hard earned money. We need to be resolute in what we are prepared to take for our notes, remember, in the grand scheme of things, a couple of hundred million dollars is not a huge amount of money for BNB given its lucrative management contracts.
