I am not sure but is good question i would have thought anyone can chase there debt.If they were proven to be trading whilst insolvent then there would be a serious breach of company law.An administrater is just a little better than being bankrupt was my way of thinking and can get a better outcome .Is bnb or bbipl insolvent and were trading so? Is this why they got the short loan to stop becoming insolvent Maybe ! I hope not as we are lead to belive they could cover all cost with loans just breached there loan guidlines on there market capital.
