Thanks Greenchange for all your trouble. Good to know all this. Find the info about HK especially appealing.
However I must admit this the weirdest I have ever come across in my 40 odd years as a shareholder in corporate land with regard to communication by a CEO.
If JC is not off his rocker then why does he act as a lion with its tail in a crack?
If my voting power was not zo limited I would parachute a few more indepent directors in there, as to end this curious divide and rule business.
