Kenneth/ BVB, my son asked the question - if Oz has 1.2 bill in the bank surely it is easy to get a loan covering the 600mill debt.
To put it into our language - if I have a fixed Term Deposit for $100,000 and find myself short of cash - I can easily get a loan of $30000, by giving my TD as security.
The thing that is most worrying is HAVE WE ACTUALLY GOT 1.2 Bill - like we have been told.. M.
