Last quick post on this one....

Company secretary in middle east....spoke to James ? who is returning returning calls. Says, it seems like he has had 100's of calls this morning.

They say MMX announcement was incorrect.....CHM say that Court awarded share of profits to reflect that 2004 "seed" investment.

Possible/likely approach is calculations being undertaken now by CHM to work out the profits ...ie return on investments (means worth of whole project)by all investors into the project....24% is CHM share.

My words:

means put some present value on the WHOLE project...DEDUCT all forms of capital input (24% of balance is CHM entitlement)
