my gutfeeling.. probably not a T/O, Why would they go this far just to offload a profitable company?
Seeing as they're on a roadshow & close to production, I believe it'll be in regards to insto's wanting in - but at a premium, much like NIA with the tranche options.
Somethin like that.
Hard to tell.
