The delay with the scoping study is to do with the contracting company who is undertaking it (according to the company when i spoke to them earlier in the week).
People have to remember that delays and hold-ups are part of business genarally and DMM most likely gave guidance as to the expected date for the Scoping Study based on advice provided to them.
I'm patient and am happy to hold.
