Thanks Glenmore, very informative and another useful piece of the picture. Seems to me he would be pursuing things like the RFP while the NRC considers the licence application. He would then return to office duties at or about when we might expect some news on the next stage of the licencing application. Makes sense. He wouldn't be wasting any time waiting around - not that I have seen him do this ever previously.
