I rang today and asked was chemgenex planning an announcement to update the SH in regards to the data collection and were they aware of the recent fall in the SP.
He said they were aware of the recent SP fall and said they were aware of an investor selling stock to free up some capital to invest in an upcoming ipo. He also said that Chemgenex was still on track to hand up the data collection to Cephalon.
