IMO that SDL board may have some thing different in their mind. I now speculating that Hanlong may be used to get Mining permit as Camroon Govt may be sick of delays. Hanlong is not a mining company. We the mim and dad investors don't know what is happenning behind the scene. Hanlong may come as JV or any other chinese company. What ever the case may be Hanlong will make huge profit in both case scenerio. I can and will wait till May. my Avarage buying price is also close to 22 cents. I bought between 14 cent to 57 cents. But at the end of the day anuthing can happen. Hanlong has bought at 44 cents. They don't want to make losses.
