Hanlong has so far only j/v with a few Australian company and have not run or own any of these mines, I don't think they will spend $1.7 billion taking over sundance and then another $5 billion to bring the project into production, too big of a risk for a private own company, they don't have the expertise of miner, they come across to me as a more of an investor than a miner.imo
