It is interesting to hear so many screaming out what we will lose in the long term by selling out in a T/O now instead of a jv and forgoing all the future potential earnings of a massive iron mine. But ironically, we think HL does not behave like any of us who reckon the harvest of the future profit will far exceed the short term gain. Somehow we apply a different set of thinking to HL. How did that come about? Yes, HL may not have undertaken any development of big mines before but if this mine is of national interest--a chance to be free from the dominance of BHP/Rio--do you not think the Chinese govt. will find someone to help them?
