    You ring JY he gives you some information and then you call him a dead beat on a public forum.

    How on earth is that going to assist future lines of communication with this company?

    I too called him a couple of weeks ago and he actually mentioned this forum so he is aware! He gave me as much information as possible. I thanked him for his time.
