Spoke to Cedric- and the long and short of it is he's confident shipment will happen before year end based off their own production and buy-in stock (minerals trading license), the lab is set up, the stockyard is set up, and Chinese still keen. Chinese see India as long term supplier of benificated low grade iron ore. CMMC is expert at benefication Cedric says. AGM 30 November so maybe some official confirms at that time. So we will see if they deliver this time...
