Thanks for making contact with management Gaz. Nothing here is intended as a criticism of you.

The BOD explanation for miserly dividend should have been included in ASX announcement.Price sensitive information shouldn't be conveyed through back channels for at least three reasons:
a) not in keeping with disclosure obligations;
b) not fair to shareholders as a whole as opposed to largest holder whose nominees populate the BOD;
c) management can't be held to statements like "we will return capital to shareholders if projects don't proceed" ie. it promotes a lack or accountability.

Do we have any truly independent directors on the BOD? Who is speaking up on behalf of small shareholders?
