A CR won't do much for the funding - I think they can only add 10% of the shares that are currently held in a CR - I am not certain of that so maybe someone can enlighten me. - at 50 cents it will be about $60mil.
The one issue that worries me is funding for SD. I think Grange is working on the cash it will have at the end of this year $500-600mil) and three years a maybe $200mil per year to fund SD development as well as the Savage river development. Not sure if that is enough or whether relying on high commodity prices over a three year period is a prudent strategy. They may have to borrow which is not really the ideal situation. Sagang my offer to loan them the money - I don't believe they can legally just give it to GRR.
Anyway, they may kick off using their own funds and make any decision to obtain finance when and if the situation is required.
