Ok...I have got that Shae...but why would Anderson take on the CEO position now if the whole thing was going bad...he must see some upside or why would he want this on his resume?

I can understand him telling family to get out...short term instability etc...but what is there in it for him to stay and take a fall?

There are a couple of other things that make me think there is some upside past the Rincon sale and the legal stuff.

I have taken a defensive position on the stock...but do you really think there is no future...
...or are you just talking it down further?
