    Then why was there an announcement on 16th September that debts would be paid when due.

    The Board is confident that Admiralty can and will meet all debts as and when
    those debts fall due and continue to fund its ongoing operations.

    The fact that Maria now says there are no funds means that this was a misleading statement.
