I managed to get hold of MAX today...
Asked about FMG and wether the deal was off.
He replied absolutely NOT!. The deal is still going ahead and the proposed FMG and tank infrastructure at Cloudbreak project has been slighlty delayed by FMG due to the economic issues around the world and that WA mining was impacted as a result but re-interated that FMG will honor their contract with ARF.
Don't lose heart guys it's still on ! We just have to remain patient
