Also he thinks England will lower cost for nano satts not the same price like sending a big one up so we will be saving on $$$ there also.

Don't worry about the spelling. Writing is all about effective communication and I think you have effectively communicated the message.
Its interesting that Meir appears to consider the possibility that cash flow could gradually fund the constellation. He must be confident that there will be strong, continued demand for the bandwidth we can provide. this is a good sign. It might take a little longer to launch the constellation but with our long term view that should not be a problem. The advantage of this is that we would not be diluted. If cash flow is being used, then some debt could come into the mix.
Another sign of his confidence is that he would decline an offer from someone who could provide the money (which might dilute us) but no expertise.
