My concern is why SAM (Sprott Asset Management) would be selling...

    My concern is why SAM (Sprott Asset Management) would be selling at 39c. I noticed they dumped 750K shares only last month. If they can't see the value at this price?...how can others.

    I've been out of STB since March 2011, I got out at $5.25 but I'm looking to get back in at some point.
