I was looking over the us presentation to the agm and noticed this slide:

"Large U.S. Bank
–Seeking $100M in equity and senior debt
–Determines major equity players
–Develops interest in the project leading to “auction�process between key potential investors
–Develops the best deal, but requires longer time frame
–In top 5 of US investment banking institutions"

I wanted to know if they actually had such a bank lined up or whether it was just on their wish list.

The company told me they were in discussion with a couple of large us banks and when a decision was made as to which bank it would be announced. So it is very likely the money will be raised in this way....they said the industry was far more advanced over there and the conditions in New Mexico were particularly appealing.

I also asked whether it looked likely that the us plant would actually go ahead and was told that the probability of it happening was very high and we should get news soon.....all good imho!
