Ok guys as you may know/not know im selling my invest property.Had the agent give me the rundown (sell cost/advertising etc and my apartment value). He was actually a nice guy but yes thats his job,im sure he had 10 red bulls before he talked to me lol talked the talk etc. Now the reason for my post,i dont understand this part of our conversation,he asked me at least twice what my intentions were after i sold the apartment(do i plan to buy/upgrade to a house or rent)to which i gave him no indication. As he was leaving he turned to me and said" you know property price are going to drop over the next 5-6years" ....that was his exact words and i still dont understand why/his intentions for saying such a thing. Im trying to figure out if he was genuine or otherwise. Btw he was from lj hooker
