I'm currently scanning property in the south of WA for a place to call home. Without exception the agents have confirmed there are a flood of listings and few buyers.
Recently the agent selling a 100acre property mentioned that offers can be 'brutal' and many vendors are offended but unless they are prepared to consider such offers they are wasting her time.
I should ask what percentage of the asking price is the 'brutal' level, 75%?
