Sold my investment property in City Beach (Perth) last year April. The estate agent NO NAMES on the boulevard said to me my timing was perfect. Sold the first weekend thought I had priced it too low BUT there was only one buyer with cash. I dropped the price $30 000 when he asked just wanted to out and definite. Really glad I did and wasnt too greedy.
