Too many people in a fallng market get told by the agent that they are $20,000 overpriced and they drop their price by $5000 then when the agent comes back and says that the market is now $25,000 under their original price they drop it another $5,000 They just keep chasing the price down and finally have to sell for $40,000 under their original price If you look at prices now you can see the $2,000 reductions They will never persuade someone to be interested by a $2,000 drop they are greedy
