"breach of ASX listing rules"?????

I just contacted a company about that statement and it doesn't seem correct at all. It seems Tim may be misinformed.

A recent expmple and there are many more recent ones from other companies.

All they are announcing is a report making it public to all, nothing more and nothing less.

Tim has this very wrong IMO. More they don't want to pay for the report, of which is fine and that would be appreciated as "straight talking".

I like the companies prospects but this just doesn't fly...
