Have just spoken with Tim, they are very frustrated with time frame, but the manager from Namibia is arriving on Wed to give an update and briefing and then he is back on site again. Tims view is that the lease renewal will proceed from renewal date.
He tells me they will waist no time putting the drill rigs on site and there should be no problem contracting them as they are available.
