Capitain - "The uncertainty arising from a CNP insolvency has the potential for a loss of value for CER assets and CER Securityholders as a result of all or any of: a suspension for a period of time of CER Stapled Securities from trading on ASX, with investors not having any liquidity in relation to their investment in CER;"

Scare words - 'uncertainty' 'potential' 'suspension' 'liquidity'

How long have you held CER? And why haven't you sold it already? You've had self imposed "not having any liquidity in relation to their investment in CER". True?

Capitain, you have the potential to lose all your money. Imagine every Centro building we own burns down and ONE person forgot to renew the insurance!

So imagine CNP officially go into administration.

= Is the value of our portfolio going to drop?

= Are rents going to drop?

= Are tenants going to leave in droves because CNP is dead?

All your shares earn 15.8 cents per share TODAY! It's just the board is siphoning it off to save CNP rather than distributing it to the shareholders.

The board wants you to lose 83% approx of your shares and get 15.3 cents per share! 1000 shares to 166 shares.

CER is strong. We could go to tender today for a new portfolio manager. Why pay CNP inflated management fees?

The board want to save their jobs and will use spin to obfuscate CER shareholders of the facts.

Until they provide all scenarios for voters they are being negligent in their duties and open to doubt.
