    CER management is proposign to speak with anyone who writes to them. I had a similar email sayign we can speak with you and try to explain thing...bla bla bla. My reply was I wrote to yu guys so you should write back....and guess what no response yet.

    Mate...talk is cheap...they should put it in writing.
